Mobile wireframes for a business pitch of a new AI product for psychotherapists
About the project
AI SuperWizor, is an app designed to record psychotherapy sessions, with AI-powered processing to generate concise notes, offer recommendations, and serve as a virtual supervisor for therapists.
Collaborating with the client, I helped bring an early-stage concept to life, creating designs to visualize the idea. Through our partnership, we successfully created a product ready for user testing and investment pitches.
My approach
I started with a kick-off session with Maciej, the owner of Euphire, where we hashed out the goals, scope, and expectations. Once I got a handle on what the client and users needed, I whipped up a quick wireframe to help us workshop our ideas. Through user stories and user flows, we were able to choose the best path forward.
To speed up development, I created a style guide and most complex screens first, so the dev could get started on them right away. After refining the interface based on feedback, I added some UI animations to round things out.

Even though it was an early build, I added a simple onboarding flow to help testers focus on value, not just usability.
Strategy
Based on my experience with AI products and conversations with Euphire's founder, a practicing psychotherapist, I concluded that the main value to focus on is… trust.
Without trust, users won’t share sensitive patient data. Communicating this value became my top priority. Check out how I did it below:

I created a visual language that fits Euphire's branding but conveys values of the new product.

I identified data safety as a potential user concern, so I placed clear information about data processing in key areas of the interface.
Animations helped the interface feel more polished, which was crucial for successful business pitches.
The flow included client management, recorded session access, and AI transcriptions organized into tabs like Summary, Conclusions, and To Implement. My goal was to show that the product delivers structured, useful insights and not just raw ChatGPT output.
